Plan: specs, not tickets
Each feature starts as a specification: the problem, the invariants, the user outcome. Agents expand specs into implementation plans reviewed by human engineers. Tickets are obsolete; specs are the unit of work.
Build: agent-authored, human-reviewed
Autonomous agents implement the spec end-to-end: database migrations, API routes, services, UI components, tests. Every pull request is opened by an agent, reviewed by a human before merge.
Test, architecture-enforced
CI blocks PRs that break the three-layer architecture (routes → services → repositories). Integration tests run against a real DB. Agents write tests alongside code; we don't trust untested agent work.
Review: mandatory, multi-lens
Every PR gets a human reviewer plus agent reviewers for security (silent failures, auth bypasses), performance (N+1 queries, missing indexes), and style (convention drift). Nothing merges on autopilot.

Merges go to a develop branch that auto-deploys to the DEV environment. Weekly, we promote to STAGING and PROD with canary + automatic rollback on error budget breach.
