Cookie Policy (EU)

This website does not set cookies. It is a set of static pages. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tag manager, no consent-management platform and no session tracking, and we do not build a profile of your visit.

That is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly, because it means there is nothing here for you to consent to or opt out of. What follows describes the small number of third-party requests the pages do make, and what those third parties can see as a result.

1. What cookies, scripts and web beacons are

A cookie is a small file sent with a web page and stored by your browser. A script is program code that makes a page function or behave interactively. A web beacon (or pixel tag) is a small, invisible image or piece of text used to monitor traffic. This website uses none of the three for tracking purposes.

2. Third-party requests this site makes

Loading a page causes your browser to request files from the following third parties. Each necessarily receives your IP address and basic request headers in order to return the file. None of them is used by us to identify you.

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), serves the typefaces used across the site. Google receives your IP address when the fonts are fetched. Google does not set a cookie for this request, but note that a German court has held that serving Google Fonts from Google's servers without consent can itself be unlawful under the GDPR; we are reviewing self-hosting these files.
• Amazon CloudFront, serves several images on the site.
• Mailchimp content delivery, serves images embedded in archived press releases.

Our product application at app.elevatesaas.com is a separate, authenticated system. It uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session; those are described at sign-in, not here.

3. Links to third-party platforms

Pages on this site link out to platforms such as LinkedIn, and archived press releases link to newswire services. Following a link means that operator's own cookie and privacy practices apply. We do not embed social widgets, "like" buttons or trackers that would allow those platforms to observe your visit here.

4. Your rights with respect to personal data

Because the site sets no cookies, we hold no browsing data about you. In respect of any personal data you do give us (for example through a contact form) you have the rights set out in the Privacy Statement (EU), including access, rectification, erasure, withdrawal of consent, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

5. Controlling cookies in your browser

You can use your browser to block or delete cookies automatically or manually, to allow only certain cookies, or to be notified before one is set. Blocking cookies will not affect this website. It may affect other sites, and it will affect the Elevate application, which needs its session cookie to keep you signed in.

6. Changes to this policy

If we add analytics or any other technology that stores or reads information on your device, we will update this policy and put a consent mechanism in place before that technology runs.
